Plan your journey between Antalya Airport, Belek and nearby accommodation in advance. Enter your date, time and destination in the form, then add your flight details at the contact details stage. Your meeting point, price and vehicle availability will be confirmed with you after your request.
Share your flight and terminal details
Provide your flight number and travel date. Include whether your flight is domestic or international and the terminal, if known. In addition to completing the time field, specifying the flight’s arrival time in your notes helps avoid confusion. If your flight changes, send the new details so the plan can be reconfirmed.
Give more than the hotel’s area name
You can select Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent or another area as your destination. Then add the full hotel name or street address to the journey notes. Passenger numbers, suitcase counts and large items are considered together when checking vehicle suitability.
Specify the journey back to the airport
For your return transfer, share the day and time you would like to be picked up from your hotel or address. Add your flight number to help discuss the arrangements. Clearly state if the outward and return journeys use different addresses. A submitted request alone is not a confirmed booking or a payment.

What should I do if my flight time changes?
Send your updated flight details through WhatsApp. Ask for vehicle availability and meeting arrangements to be reconfirmed for the new time.
